Investor Green Card

Upon investment of $500,000 to $1,000,000, the investor will receive a conditional Green Card for two years. 90 days before the 2- year period is up, the investor must apply to remove the conditions. The investor may invest in an existing commercial enterprise and the enterprise must have at least 10 U.S. employees.

If investing in a “targeted employment area,” only $500,000 need be invested. A targeted employment area is defined as a rural area with a population of less than 20,000 or an area which has high unemployment of at l50% the national average. There are currently 10 enterprises which have been approved by the Immigration Service for Investor Visa Green Cards.
